The open lawn, featuring slopes and mounds, is designed to provide a spacious, outdoor environment with tree houses and obstacle courses integrated into the play area for children.

A water reservoir at the lowest point of the site serves as a water feature, making the space more diverse. The design also incorporates fruit-bearing gardens and buffer planting for privacy and seclusion throughout the space. The main deck, positioned for hosting events, is complemented by a floating lounge and planters, offering versatile outdoor seating options. A jogging path and bike trail meander throughout the property, providing both recreational space and a connection to nature.
