The Perch — Kalachuchi trees frame the pool area and create a sense of belonging with nature as it blends with the surrounding trees outside of the property.
The Perch
The garden of the Perch is simple and straightforward, complementing the modern and open design of the home by Nazareno Design Consultancy. Made for a family that intends to use this residence as a weekend escape, the outdoor spaces were designed to meet that need of being away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

On the second level is the pool area where the planting, especially the Kalachuchi trees, intentionally makes the surrounding trees outside of the property seem like they are part of the garden to make users feel less constrained and more in nature. There is also the outdoor kitchen area where boulders and a different hues of green create a fresh, laid-back look.
